In the course of home renos, we discovered we has asbestos in the basement (wrapped around various pipes, and fraying). We called Advanced Remediation, who came out and very kindly calmed me down and reassured us that it was possible to remove the asbestos entirely. Very friendly and professional crew came out within a few days (on time!), took all the necessary hazmat steps to get the basement ready for the removal, returned the next day and had all the asbestos out in a few hours; independent testing crew came out to ran air quality tests to ensure all the asbestos was gone, and gone it was!May you never have asbestos in your home! But if you do, don't panic! Just call the kind and competent professionals at Advanced Remediation Solutions and relax!

Advanced Remediation Solutions has saved the day! My furnace completely died in -35 conditions and I could not get a new furnace installed due to asbestos tape that would need to be disturbed. Advanced Remediation was able to expedite the approvals process due to the emergency and responded SAME DAY for the removal of the asbestos so I could get my new furnace installed. I would have been more days without heat had they not responded so quickly. They were highly professional, very knowledgeable and safe in everything they did. I am so grateful to have chosen this company to help me in such an emergency situation.

If there is any 1 star review's it's more than likely from an disgruntled ex employee. The owner is one of the most knowledgeable remediation experts in the city, his methods of training his staff could be abrasive at times hence the 1 star review's. However that training turned out some of the best field workers in the industry. My personality will always clash with the big guy, but I appreciate all the knowledge that was passed on.I actually worked with one of those 1 stars! Hes a complete screw up! I've reported both ex employees, rules are rules!

The initial visit for a quote for remediation following water damage was timely, friendly and empathetic, experienced and honest. We felt valued and as if our individual circumstances were being considered when advice and then a quote were forthcoming. The actual work was performed on the day and at the time planned. The staff were courteous, efficient and communicative. Nobody wants a flood in the basement, but if you have one this company will manage it and make it as painless as possible.

Dean knew his stuff when it came to mold. He tested a room we were concerned about for mold. When he found some problem areas, he had it removed quickly and safely. Luckily for us, it was caught before it did any real damage. Thanks Dean
