Kelowna Cycle

I got into road cycling just over two years ago. I have been to many different bike shops for repairs and tune ups within that time. I have never experienced the high quality of service like I did last weekend from Kelowna Cycle. On Canada Day (Saturday) I went for an early morning ride and a nail punctured my rear tire. The team at Kelowna Cycle took my bike in a half hour before they opened and had me back on the road within 45 minutes. Payton was instantly helpful getting my bike checked in for service by Connor, who not only fixed my problem, but explained everything to me and answered all my questions without hesitation. The other part I really enjoyed about the service at Kelowna Cycle is that they brainstorm and problem solve in front of you with multiple members of their team. In this way, you are kept in the loop and gain the perspectives of multiple employees, which creates a very trusting environment. I can’t thank the Kelowna Cycle team enough! Well done!

Really nice atmosphere and extremely helpful. I am completely dependant on my bike as I commute to work on it everyday. Conor managed to fit in a repair/replacement of my break cable on short notice, despite being fully booked for two weeks. Will be shopping here again.

Had a pretty messed up bike after some other people tried “working on it”. I brought it to Kelowna Cycle knowing they would fix it all up and have it in tip-top shape. Now it rides better than ever and I couldn’t be happier.

Rolled in last minute to get a chain before heading out on a weekend trip. They were rolling the bikes in and Scott was still able to run the till and help me out.Got me the chain I needed right away and let me purchase it even though they were clearly getting ready to go! I have also brought my bike here a few times and the service has been nothing but great.Thank you Scott. Appreciate your help

Better bike collection than lower maniland. Great guys, Dave and Justin were extremely helpful. After having looked for a bike in Vancouver and finding nothing for a month, incidentally bump into my love at this shop. Amazing bike collection, average clothing and shoe collection.

My husband and I love this shop, we've purchased a couple mountain bikes and skis from Kelowna Cycle. The service is always really great and the team is super knowledgeable. They have went above and beyond for a couple of emergency service situations for us with quick turn around times. We highly recommend this shop!

I bought an Ibis Ripley AF for a family member at Kelowna Cycle at the end of 2021, and had a positive experience dealing with Patrick. He responded to emails quickly and in detail, and presented valid alternatives for build kits and colours when the items I originally wanted were not available. When I ordered a Ride Wrap kit for it, they even exchanged a kit that was erroneously sent by Ride Wrap for the correct kit without any charge to me. Overall, I have had good experiences buying from Kelowna cycle and would recommend the shop.

What great experience visit this shop on Saturday as the other shop I used to use was closed on the busiest day of the summer with bike riders. Won't be returning to that shop.Back to Kelowna cycles showed up for simple flat repair was met by enthusiastic, polite and incredible customer service which you don't see these days no whining ,no excuses just great service starting with Shannon who offered and came out to my van to help lift out bike the whole time being very pleasant and polite.incredibleFrom that point, I was passed off to bike tech Conner, who promised the bike would be ready shortly, like 20 min delivered, and then some explaining the valve stem in crookedand the heat caused the pin hole leak,offering a few other suggestions maintenance. Connor super polite , fast, a little oil on the chain, and I was off in 20 min as promised.Pass back to Shannon for a fair and reasonable price again offered help with the bike.This experience with the way Connor and his helpful suggestions and speed Shannon was over the top for service .The way the world has become with the lack of empathy ,understanding a place like this shop deserves as much business as we can give them their a rare bunch and much appreciated ❤️Way to go, Kelowna cycles all though I live in N.Van I spend much time in Kelowna and my fleet of old school Electras used by friends and family for cruising local bike paths and restaurants will all be serviced by Connor ,Shannon and Kelowna cycles .

Thanks for the help. Nick did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced on my bike and where I messed up.Great store and everyone is always friendly.

I’ve had David Kirk help me over the years and he has always provided amazing service. He is always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge he is the master bike fit .Shannon has helped me during my purchase of my recent Tri Bike. She has been very helpful and has gone out of her way many times to help me source out some parts before my upcoming race. If you need anything bike related I highly recommend them.
