I just bought a speed3 from Sam at Granville Island Auto and the entire experience was amazing. I’m from Kelowna so all communication was done over the phone and Sam was amazing at answering any questions I had about the car and anything else I could need. There wasn’t a lot of pressure to buy the car which was great because it was my first experience with a dealership. The shop spent over $4000 on maintenance and tires for the car so it was good to go, and did not raise the price on me. No deposit was required on my end either. The people at this shop care about the cars they receive and the work thats done. Plus, they offer a great warranty for most vehicles! Thank you Sam, for making the experience so easy and stress free! Would recommend this dealership any day!

I recently purchased a 2011 Range Rover Sport from Granville Island Auto. A completely online transaction as I was living in Australia at the time. Sam graciously answered all my questions, provided the documents I requested to see, and accommodated my somewhat unusual payment arrangement. Upon arriving in Vancouver and taking delivery of the vehicle, it was as represented - even better - and exactly what I wanted. I've since had it registered in another province without any difficulty or further work to be done - just as Sam said would be the case. A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of these guys when he stumbled upon the auto traded ad for a 2003 Ford Focus SVT - this car has always been a childhood wanted purchase.I contacted Sam and was met with polite, direct and efficient customer service.I was purchasing from Ontario, flying to Vancouver to drive this car back and they went above and beyond my expectations with making sure this car was 110% A1 before letting me drive away in it.Highly recommend them, for your more unique car purchasing experience you won’t find at the big box and big brand dealerships. Not to mention there very unique selection of low mileage vehicles and classics they have on that lot.If I am ever back out that in my SVT, I’ll be sure to stop in and say hi :)

Dino & Phil and the rest of the staff were second to none. The buying experience was very easy and respectful right from the beginning. My wife and I purchased a used Mercedes SUV that is in excellent condition. I was prepared to drive off the lot with the SUV the day I went to look at it but they wanted to make sure it was detailed and cleaned and in excellent running condition before signing over the papers. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a pre-owned luxury vehicle.

Wow, great experience. Just purchased a Merc SUV from Sam and Phil. Had looked at a couple of vehicles at P.S. over the years, and this one finally fit all the requirements. Unlike most auto dealerships, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase at P.S. Sam let me take the vehicle for a test drive several weeks ahead of the purchase. When I decided on getting a Pre Purchase Inspection, Sam was kind enough to have the vehicle delivered to the third party inspecting shop and picked it up when complete.There was no trying to convince me to buy the vehicle or telling me what a great buy it would be or trying to impress me with what a great car it would be. Completely up to me to make my own decision on my own time. When I picked the vehicle up, Sam had arranged for an insurance broker to be at P.S. and we did the registration and insurance right there. So convenient. Plus, the vehicle had been cleaned inside and out and they even filled the gas tank FULL!! Before I drove away both Sam and Phil walked me through the vehicle to make sure everything was working as it should. To protect my purchase, I opted to purchase the Lubrico 3Year Warranty through Sam. Painless!! I would recommend P.S.Motors to anyone looking for a good used vehicle and doesn't want the pain of dealing with a sales person trying to push you into a purchase. Well done guys!!
