The sales man at the cash was so rude to me when I asked about the collection of copy/original prescription from an RVH doctor. He denied first, later allowed me to take a photograph of the prescription sheet. This angry guy made lot of strikes across the original in front of me before giving it to me and expressed his distress with a long pitched OK sound many times.Is this the behavior to your customer ?

I recently visited a specialist in Barrie and he called prescriptions into this particular pharmacy for me. He said if I wasn’t satisfied I could have them transferred out to my regular pharmacy. I dealt with Peter and he made everything so easy. He spent time explaining my new medications and asked about others that I take (being dispensed by my local pharmacy). He offered to get them all transferred and put them in this ‘genius’ little package that has made life so much easier. He even included my multi vitamins in the packaging. Excellent service, prompt and exceptionally kind. I won’t be using any other pharmacy in the future. AND..... they offered to deliver to Orillia for FREE!!

PureHealth is, hands down, the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. This family-owned business is friendly, caring and ultra professional. I met them recently while staying at RVH for cancer treatment. It was Lila Kamel who first greeted me with her ever-ready smile and warmth. And each visit afterwards, Lila and all of the pharmacy staff remembered me, always with a friendly hello at the ready, always available to help.I have reduced hearing and am unable to use the phone, so a big benefit for me at PureHealth has been the ability to manage my prescriptions via email - something no other pharmacy has offered. I e-speak with the pharmacy monthly and, usually next day, my prescriptions are delivered by their friendly driver - even though I am an hour outside of Barrie!This isn't your regular perfume-counter pharmacy! PureHealth's focus is solely on health services and products with a broad array of assistive devices available on site that you won't find at most other pharmacies. Every prescription comes carefully labelled. Every new prescription is explained. They're there if you have any questions or concerns. These folks are highly professional - and they care - a lot - about providing best-quality pharma-care to each individual who walks through their doors. Assisted greatly in getting my needles and barrel situations sorted expeditiously, had both 18 & 25 in stock as well as 1cc syringes! Pharmacy aid was overly helpful on the phone, and in person. Very kind and super helpful overall, especially in a pinch.

I went in for an air cast, the lady that helped me was nice but not sure on the products. Once we decided on a boot and went to pay, I realized I didn’t have my wallet on me so I called my husband and asked him to bring it. In the about 10 minutes it took my husband to come with my card a lady came out of an office and asked the girl that was helping me if I needed assistance and she explained why I was waiting, this woman then told the employee to “watch me”. If I didn’t have a broken foot and needed this air cast I would have left immediately.EDITI had to go back to be refitted and had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan. He was incredible!He was knowledgeable, caring, friendly and very helpful. Definitely a better experience the second time. Thank you Nathan.

Delivery team should be more well behaved with customers. A lady delivers medicine once caught in front of my property putting her face through the glass to spy if people are inside or not ! I was few steps from her, i took my stuff went away. Again she misbehaved when she came to deliver my medication, she rang the bill and knocked the door aggressively and scared us. I open the door and with out any proper communication, she gave the medication and disappeared. I only ask the management to choose delivery staff, it could be bad reputation in turn though all effort done to have a class in the market.
