Such an easy, fast and positive experience! The staff were able to correctly send my prints to the right source vs where I thought they were supposed to go! From on-line booking, to my actual appointment, total time taken was no more than 10 minutes (driving to/fro not included).

I’ve had the greatest experience there. I showed up without an appointment, however, the lady was super nice and accepted my walk-in. The whole process went smoothly. She was patient and professional. Easy parking. Highly recommend this place!

Scheduling was easy, payment was easy, the office facilities were neat, the technician doing the fingerprinting was pleasant, willing to deal with my hearing challenges, did the job quickly but not rushed, and explained next steps. Really what more could I ask for.. A pleasant experience overall.
