Spanish NOW

I came to Miguel with no knowledge of Spanish. After only 3 classes, I was blown away by how much I had learned. I was able to construct sentences with ease, had a large vocabulary and was able conjugate verbs with ease.Miguel is a fantastic teacher with a lot of experience and it shows. The interactive classes that Miguel provides are very fun and I always leave them having learned so much. They're the perfect way to start the day.

Miguel is a great teacher. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge when it comes to learning Spanish. I am a newbie and he came recommended from a friend. I had my doubts when it came to learning a new language. Yet his methods of teaching, guidance, and reassurance has made this whole process fun and exciting. I highly recommend his services.

I decided to try a Spanish app to learn some basic grammar and vocabulary. Even though the app was engaging and I was learning many words I recognized that transferring my knowledge to speaking Spanish wasn’t a feature of this learning format. I contacted Miguel to help me expand my ability to communicate in Spanish. Miguel is highly patient and extremely encouraging. He makes the lessons engaging, incorporates the right amount of repetition to solidify retention and he focuses on my individual learning needs. I highly recommend Miguel as a Spanish instructor.

I am a beginner and have taken 2 lessons so far with Miguel. The lessons involve speaking, following reading material and homework. The written material/guide is a compilation of Spanish grammar that Miguel has created from various texts. Miguel is wonderfully patient and repeats the new words twice in English and twice in Spanish. I am enjoying learning this new language. Gracias!

I was using an app to learn spanish and was flying through the lessons... building a vocabulary, learning grammar and reading but I could still not SPEAK it. I knew I needed the help of a qualified, highly competent instructor to bridge the gap between written and verbal. I wanted face-to-face instruction as opposed to online meetings because of the human aspect of conversing directly with a Spanish-speaking individual. Miguel has been able to deliver exactly that. He uses my time effectively with little to no English chit-chat, but strictly verbal exercise after exercise. After three lessons, I am beginning to string extended sentences together in present and past tense using the vocabulary I had acquired through the third-party app. His teaching style is paramount and is exactly what I was looking for. Wow oh wow! I was so excited to start learning and improving my Spanish and in three classes I’ve learned more than I have over years of Duolingo. Miguel is passionate about his work and will do everything he can to help you learn. What I really love is his technique. He really explains the logic behind the language and has a way of helping you learn quickly. I didn’t think I’d be this good after such a short period of time, but I’m confident I’ll be rather fluent by the end of the year. I would and will recommend Miguel to anyone interested. First time taking Spanish language lessons, I find Miguel to be an excellent instructor, takes special interest to teach at your level, is very patient and reinforces areas that need improvement but gradually introduces more with progress and comprehension.Atmosphere is fun and friendly, highly recommended.

Miguel is great! Lessons are taught in a way that allows you to actually understand uses of spanish grammar and vocab in real examples rather than traditional conjugation style learning. Definitely recommend:)
