Stuart is a very knowledgeable engineer with a great attitude. He explained with detail everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. His report was vast and easy to understand. He underlined the urgent fixes and pointed out the medium and low priority ones as well. We are very happy we selected him.

When we were buying our home our agent recommended a few home inspectors with one of them being Capstone Property Consultants. After doing a little research and visiting their website's we liked Stuart's qualifications and booked with him. He was very flexible with the scheduling and explained what a home inspection is and isn't. During the inspection he was friendly and outgoing and patiently answered all our questions. He even answered questions that had nothing to do with the house (thanks for the tips on the TV antenna by the way!). We had a tight deadline and with the inspection report delivered the same day, everything went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capstone to our friends and family's!

Stu was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I reached out to him a few days after inspection with questions and he responded right away on a Sunday evening as the issue was time sensitive. He guided us with right recommendations as we were new to the city and was always willing to go above and beyond to help us.
