One thing I can't stand is bad customer service when it's a business that is run on serving customers. I would not choose this location again, the Filipino lady with glasses acted so rude when my transaction was done. I said thank you and have a nice day and she just turned around and walked to the back of the store without a word, not a thank you for doing business nor a have a good day. I won't do business where Customers are not appreciated. It's only polite to tell someone thank you when they tell you to have a nice day. Not snub them and put your nose in the air and turn.

Lol, funny I just read a review from 2 months ago about a cs filipino lady with glasses acting rude. Guess who me and my wife just met? Someone with exact description acting rude, glaring, getting mad about my wife for what this person said throwing" her phone from that tiny small gap in which my wife already apologize since there's a curb and the phone was stuck there. At the end she didnt even wait for us to count the bill. She just left to the back without saying anything. The main reason we had to give the phone is because she kept hearing the last name wrong. Can't they hire a better person?"

I am loyal customer at moneymart been paying my bills on time so I can loan some money again. How the service treat me, theres several clerks not only one but the treat me that im not going to pay because i dont speak up my mind it doesnt mean allow it what they are doing.. I live near the area thats why I go in this location.. however I am literally in number 2 star... its just my experience how they treat me.... I know they are just at doing their job but sometimes. It so wrong...

All other branches are great but not this one , a lady was working Saturday morning spent over 30 minutes talking to her friend over personal stuff,then she remembered that ooh there is people waiting and then start processing his application.Never coming to this branch in the future.

It was the first time to receive money through Money Mart in this location. On Wednesday I went, the lady told me that the sender need to switch my first name and last name in order to get the money. It’s a bit not convenient because I will have to come another day. But this lady was nice and helpful. Then the next day, I got all information correctly and went again. Another lady there, she was normal at first, then the system got really slow and she apologized for that. I waited and didn’t complain about it. Then she asked my the tracking number, I told her two times and she didn’t get it right. Then I showed her the number, then she said that I should pronounce it clearly. I wasn’t happy to hear it, as her English is second language as well. And she shouldn’t speak to customer like that. I told her that I spoke very clearly about the numbers. And did speak a bit louder after that question to make sure she hear what I said for other questions. Then she suddenly said I should speak nicely I shouldn’t rise my voice. I told her that she wasn’t nice to me at first and I rise my voice to let her hear me clearly. Then she said:” Whatever, people are mean. “ There were other customers in the store and I didn’t want to complicated things as I just want to get my money and go. I didn’t continue arguing with her any more. This is clearly not a good customer service. She should look at her problem while speaking to a customer. Also, she was asking a lot of personal questions about where I was born and why did this person send me the money. I understand maybe it’s the system asking those questions for security reasons. She should explain to me first. There were people lining up behind me in this small space, I don’t feel comfortable to answer these personal questions.

The staff at your branch in No 3 Rd is always polite, courteous and very efficient. No wonder how I always love to transact my business at this location because of consistency and accuracy everytime. Kudos to all the staff specially Melvin, all of you guys there are making me save time and effortlessly complete whatever business I have with your branch. Kepp up the good work.
