Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to get to know me and my needs and then found me the perfect vacuum for my family that has a 10 year guarantee on everything from the beater bar to the engine. Will certain be back for all my cleaning needs because he also carries Bono products.

I went into the store yesterday ostensibly to do research" about replacing my antiquated central vac unit (for which parts are just unavailable now) and ended up buying a new one from Jon. Not that he was "pushy" at all

John has always repaired our vacuumns and cleaned them out once a year. They came back working better and smelling great. We do also have 2 cats, so use our vacuums daily. After buying a house in 2011 in the neighborhood, our father in law gifted us a new vacuum. John continued to give us awesome repairs and maintenance. Yesterday we finally purchased a great new vacuum from John and he gave us the best deal he could. Did I mention he's nice and really polite too!! And has a spa like smelling range of products, even to go directly into your vacuum bag. Thanks again John!! Hope you had fun at the game last night!!

We were so happy with the service that we received. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to help us determine the best vacuum for us. He went above and beyond, personally installing the unit and making sure that we picked the right hose length and motorized vacuum head. Would highly recommend, and will use again on the next house.

So we purchased a Beam central vac at the “other” Beam dealer in Windsor 5 yrs ago. They are no longer a “Beam” dealer but still have it in their name. Our 5 yr old unit was still under warranty, so we thought we would have no problem getting it fixed. It ended up having NO SERIAL NUMBER on it, and it had been installed in a new build by THAT OTHER store. We were shocked and disappointed to find out this meant it had no warranty because it was like it never existed. We called John at Windsor Vacuum and he helped us out tremendously, the best he could. We also called the BBB about the other place and they helped also. So with all that being said, we have a fixed vacuum and John has new clients. It’s nice to support local businesses and it’s even better to have them stick by us when things go awry.Thanks John!!
