I ordered two different kinds of fudge from April. Rocky Road and White Chocolate Salted Carmel Pecan Fudge. They were amazing!!! It has to be the best fudge I have ever had!! It was chewy, soft and full of flavour. The entire family loved it and wanted more lolWould recommend to everyone

I have ordered and enjoyed the decadent desserts and delightful treats that The Estates Bakery handcrafts many times, and they ALWAYS gratify the taste buds. My personal favorite are the French Vanilla Cake and the Peanut Brittle- I can't get enough of it!! These desserts taste even better than they look; and, that is saying something because the presentation, detail and artistry adorning this bakery's creations is second to none!! I strongly recommend getting the chocolate black forest cake. It was light, chocolately and fresh. They made one for my 39th birthday and it was the best cake I had so far in my life. They paid so much attention on details and made me a My Neighbor Totoro themed cake with all my favorite candles and a rocket candle, it blew me away!

The Cookie Dough products are all excellent! My favourites are the salted caramel and the mint chocolate chip -- absolutely delicious. So flavourful and a wonderful texture. Warning -- very addictive. Once I began eating these special desserts, I was wishing that I had placed double the order. That particularly says something since I was never one for cookie dough. But now I am an enthusiastic convert thanks to April's wonderful recipes!! My husband also loves these desserts. Great for the summer when they are kept cold.

What a great bakery. Amazing selection of baked goods. Super enjoyed the Justified Craving Raw Cookie Doughs - Salted Carmel Delight is my fav. Looking forward to trying the Maple Walnut Bliss cheesecake next. Yum!
