Stop and Store Squamish has excellent storage options! I was able to store my belongings safely and access my locker when needed. Great experience. Cheers!

I’ve had a unit here since this past spring. Customer service is terrible. I drove out of my way to grab some of my belongings only to discover that the company had changed the gate entry code to the lot without informing me. I called their customer service help line and they were useless. I asked for them to have a manager contact me to discuss and no one ever called. Avoid if you want access to your belongings.

This is a fantastic storage company! It is simple and quick! The staff in the office were easy to deal with and accomodating to our requirements. It is a basic storage unit in a drive-up accessible yard with full access. It is much more reasonably priced from the expensive storage in town. You have to understand you get what you pay for. It is a simple storage unit that is out in the elements but did the trick. We were smart enough to wrap our stuff up knowing that it is an outdoor facility to help prevent the possibility of damage to our things, though we did not have to worry. If you are expecting anything more than what it is, maybe go spend the extra $200 a month and be inside a building. Stop and Store is Great service, great storage units and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs basic storage.

We were in need of storage when we suddenly were stuck between homes and Stop and Store helped us in a pinch. We were able to store our belongings and everything was so easy and simple. We recommend this storage yard if you are looking for basic storage at a reasonable price.

Customer Service is centralized and extremely bad. I called for the new gate code and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes, she said she couldn't find it and even went as far as saying that she doesn't think they have that information. Then she hung up on me.Called back, same routine with another rep. Been on the line for almost 30 minutes just to access the lot.

Terrible customer service and many a time the main gate would be wide open with people camping inside the storage grounds.

My experience with stop and storage was awesome! Chad and Amanda in the office where really great to deal with. I haven’t received the best service or customer service lately with other companies so thanks guys for making my experience with my storage rental a good one.I’ll definitley refer this company.All the best guys!Jason
