Some items I wished to purchase were not available in the size I needed. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and had ease of ordering my items in line in a very timely and courteous manner. Way to go!

What a terrible customer service ! I walked in at Cambridge Pinebush store , the girl passed by me without even looking t me , I picked up some stuff but needed help so walked with a smile towards 2 Ladies organizing a drawer hoping to get a welcome now , but Wow I stood next to them for about 5 minutes , they did not even look at me . Needless to say , I dropped the stuff in my hands at the counter and left ! Went to Tommy and spent $600 as their salesperson right from entrance till the end was smiling !

Went the other day , Sorry.. Most unwelcoming store . Will never go again. Hamilton location super friendly & helpful .

I walked into the store not knowing what to get and I absolutely love the service, I asked for someone to help me pick out an outfit for an exhibition and she did an amazing job at picking out 2 perfect outfits for the Event, Christina you did a great job, I will definitely be going back here thank you so much

Very nice place. Very clean and well stocked. The staff there were very helpful and so pleasant to deal with.

I did enjoy the space upstairs, but I found their charcuterie boards a bit lacking. You had to pick what you want and it was expensive. Did like the setting but would have preferred a more intimate atmosphere.

I haven't shopped at Reitmans for several years because I had found their merchandise a little outdated. However I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to venture in this afternoon to see some lovely fashionable pieces. However the customer service was severely lacking. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and know that this can make or break a person's experience.From the moment I walked in there was no greeting by any salesperson. In fact the exact opposite. I was looking at some clothing and asked to stand aside by a sales associate while she proceeded to put merchandise away without so much as a hello let alone can I help you?"As I walked to the fitting room I had to move aside to allow two sales associates with a ladder to pass by me with again no greeting of any kind. I was able to get someone to at least check me into the fitting room but on needing assistance had to flag an associate to help. She was obviously disturbed from working on signage and proceeded to tell me there were no other colour options in the top I had chosen despite me finding out afterwards there were three other colours.Finally I did receive assistance in choosing merchandise and proceeded to pay. I told the sales associate of my experience and thanked her for her help. She happened to be the assistant manager who seemed surprised at my experience and offered no apology even when I compared the service to next door's superior customer service at Banana Republic. I honestly almost didn't make my purchase which proves just how huge customer service experience is as I loved my selections.Reitmans you have a long way to go in training your staff!!"

The sales ladies have always been exceptional in friendly service, not just helping in finding a product or size but in coordinating the best look for you. You get honest feedback in what looks best on you. I haven't been in for a while and it was nice to be remembered and receive a friendly smile and welcome.
