I've been going to the dealership for my cars because I thought the premium was worth it for the service (nice waiting area, online booking, inspections). Once my car started showing problems that I thought the dealership should've caught I decided to look elsewhere. Nello's has great reviews here so I gave it a shot. I took my car for an oil change this morning and my first impression based on the experience was terrific. Nello seems like a very honest guy and was willing to answer my questions patiently. He already had a handful of clients at 8 am, which I think is a testament to his customer loyalty. Will definitely be going back!

Nello and all the other mechanics were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had my catalytic converter stolen while staying at a nearby hotel, he managed to fit me in the same day, sourced a part very quickly and performed a repair so we could drive home. He kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and the prices were extremely reasonable. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to make this location my regular mechanic. Thank you Nello for the repairs you did!

When I started having an engine problem on my older car, I was trying to get service quickly to avoid missing work. Nello fit me in on a busy day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it quickly. The shop is busy but well run, and they take care of their customers. Trustworthy and honourable.
