Dr. Hsieh has helped me figure out some medical issues that nobody else did. He takes the time to figure things out. He is not perfect, but none of us are! Bev and Melissa are great. Bev has always tried to make sure my needs got met in a timely manner.

Dr. Hsieh is a wonderful doctor. He has always shown great concern for me, my wife, and our two children. We very much appreciate all the medical care and emotional support he has provided us over the last 20 years. His staff----Bev and Melissa-----are great as well!

Bev is great. The star is for her alone. Hsieh will belittle you, shame you, and body shame you (asked me when my baby was due when I was actively trying to loose weight) and Melissa is rude and will give out your medical information to anyone.

Dr Hsieh has been my doctor for many many years. He shows great compassion, he is intelligent, kind and hilarious. His staff Bev and Melissa are above reproach and work very hard. I feel safe and at home there. They have seen me through a lot and I’m grateful.

Sadly this doctor belittles his patients and calls them crazy. His secretary is a lovely woman and I feel sorry for her having to work with him each day.This physician has missed several rather large health issues, including cancer, an appendix ready to burst and severe asthma, that we had to go to another doctor at a walk in to get a referral because our family doctor" just kept telling us to walk it off

My experience with Dr Hseih was on several walk-in experiences. Although I was there on a walk-in basis, he treated me like his own registered patient, which looks good on him because a lot of walk-in doctors (not all, but many) can be cold , blunt, and very impersonal (which I guess can be said of any doctor, but especially walk-in). For all 3 issues that I came in about, he helped me in all 3 cases, always carefully considering how he would actually HELP me and, then, swiftly deciding on the appropriate way to do so without lacking confidence or assurance. He was also open-minded in approach.He seems like a doctor that you can work together with to reach your health goals. I don't live in Whitby/ Oshawa anymore but I am now recommending one of my local friends to him because she is having some health problems and he seems like a good man who might be able to help my friend. My friend has hesitated in even bothering with getting new doctors when needed , because my friend has been having some bad experiences where her therapy needs are not met with personal softness and professionalism at the same time. So, i am recommending my friend to Hsieh because I am confident that he will LISTEN to my friend's concerns (as her current professionals fret at the mere sound of my friend's anxious voice) and I'm confident he will appropriately get her connected to the specialists necessary to fully assist her. I believe he will help her to solve her health mystery by using active listening and connecting the dots. I might be coming with my friend in order to advocate for my friend, but I also hope to see him on a walk-in basis in hopes that he can help me with some unfinished medical business which my current doctors are not addressing enough (though my current family doctor is actually a great doctor, I hope Hsieh will be able to help me and see missing parts of the solution plan that he can help me with). Since I am aware he has been practicing for a long time I really hope his perspective will trigger a new pathway in my treatment plan which has currently gone unaddressed.

Well, I just called them today and asked if they accept walk in's she immediately said NO, than I look in comments and see that this doctor accepts walk ins. Like what's up with that???

**He does not take walk-ins anymore, it has been over a year since he stopped. Updated June 10th 2019**I have been coming to Dr. Hsieh since I can remember (30 years). Love Bev and Melissa. Best staff. Best doctor. He is like family. Easy to talk to. Straight to the point. Does everything he can to help.Love love love
