I love the flooring we bought from here! What I didn't love was the customer service. It was hard to find a sales person to talk to and ask questions. Sales people were knowledgeable. Prestige loaded the flooring into our truck, and we brought it home. We unloaded ALL the boxes and then realized they gave us the wrong pallet. When I phoned to tell them, they said to bring it back... No offer to deliver the correct flooring and pick up the wrong flooring.UPDATE: We ordered some flooring reducers, was told it was a 10% restocking fee if we did not need them all. Went to return one, and was told it was not returnable.

Wanted to return samples but deposit would not be returned unless we had the paper receipt. Being the same person who picked up the samples with ID and the credit card on file was not sufficient. We were going to move forward with our project with Prestige, but this experience gave us a strong sense of how they operate and treat customers. We will gladly take our business elsewhere and share our unfavorable experience with others.

Don't use as a contractor for an installation ever! Saw some of the poor reviews in regards to the contracting side of their business, but thought we'd give them a chance since it was our most reasonable quote. Huge mistake! Never kept on schedule. Contractor didn't even show up some days we were told that they would be doing work. Ended up having someone else do the work in the end because it was so unreliable and disorganized. Hate to give such a poor review, but it was an incredible headache to deal with and worst contracting experience of my life. If you want to use them as a supplier though, go for it!

I’ve gone to Prestige for several flooring projects over the years and was happy with them until I used them for an install. The installers damaged my stair railing, immediately I let them know and withheld 10%. Took 10 months for it to be resolved, but had I not withheld $$ I am certain I would have been out of pocket more. I left several messages during the 10 months about the railing, then received a call from a salesperson about paying the remainder of my bill. Told them that I am waiting for damage to be taken care of before paying. In the end it was the installer that organized the repair to my railing.

We have had great experiences at Prestige. We dealt with Nate and he helped us pick out our backsplash and provided great customer service. We then went back for our basement/bathroom flooring and dealt with Carl. He was incredible and extremely helpful. The installation crew was extremely efficient! We love our upgraded carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. We can not say enough good things about our experiences!

I went in to prestige because I wanted to replace the carpet in my house. I talked to Carl and he was very helpful. I picked out a nice carpet that I was very happy with. The problem was when the carpet was to be installed. I was told to pick 2 days which I did for the installation to occur. They started working on the 1st day but never returned on the 2nd day at the scheduled time. Rather than taking 2 days to install my carpet, it took 4 days. The installer's, Byron, Jake and Braden were excellent to work with.

●●●●WOW JUST READ 3 REVIEWS ON HERE AND 2 OTHER SITES WHERE THEY THREATEN TO PUT LIENS ON HOMES WHO MAKE COMPLAINTS. THEIR REVIEWS ARE AWFUL....●●●●One of their workers dropped a large vase on the floor, causing damage to the flooring and breaking the vase. We were brushed off and told the floor was old and out of style" and questioned about the age of the vase. The rude cretins suggested WE go to WALMART and pick out a new one

I had a low budget and the salesman didn’t try to be pushy at all with going higher like other stores did, he was simply helpful! The best price in Saskatoon since they had lots of sheet vinyl ends/cuts for 50% off. Recommending this place to everyone! Will be back in future.
