Loaded a super b load in Quesnel arrive at mountain view specialty at 8 am . They told me to wait till they can fit me in . I had no appointment as the paperwork and booking does not say I need an appointment .Paperwork does not show anywhere that I need an appointment . Yet I was told I may get unloaded in the afternoon .Absolutely unacceptable .All this place had to do like all other companies do is to advise the Mill that they need appointments made for delivery .
