Aurora Yoga & Spa Leduc

I love this studio. The ambiance is wonderful and I always enjoy the yoga classes. It is unfortunate though that the room is never hot enough for hot yoga. I have mentioned this several times and I'm always told that the class will heat up once we get going. I checked the thermometer on the wall last time and it only got to 24 degrees Celsius, which is far below hot yoga temperatures.

Lovely yoga studio space. I feel at home here: it is welcoming and comfortable. And they have an amazing RMT: Kaitlyn is knowledgable and highly skilled. I've been looking for 3 years in the greater Edmonton area, and am relieved to have finally found her!

Great studio to take yoga. Offers a variety of classes for gentle beginners to more advanced. Flow and yin classes some nonheated, warm and hot classes. Excellent facilities with change rooms, showers. Very clean and well maintained.

Honestly my wife had to drag me just to try yoga, now this is the only place I want to practice. On top of that the massage therapy side is deadly! Jamie always tells me You're a wreck" then proceeds to find a million wrecked things I didn't even know about! All the staff is always awesome!"

Hot in leduc is definitely the hot spot to be whether your taking a hot yoga, tabatta, zumba or kick boxing class, just to name a few.Don't be fooled by Squeak the instructor as she is really a drill sergeant; in a good laughing kind of way, but also known to others as Sandra. As an instructor she is very demanding and pushes you beyond what you think your limit would be, however, she does this by being encouraging and remaining positive all while having fun. The front end staff are very helpful and will assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about any of the programs.My time spent at Hot in Leduc is worth every aching muscle, love the people!

Stellar studio, the instructors are great! If you get a chance to stop in and try it, you wont regret it! The owner Sandra is amazing, not only is she a yoga instructor but also a personal trainer and will work you hard but worth every minute! Lots of variety if you don't want just hot yoga too! So glad to have this option close to home!

All the teachers at this location are great! Shout out to Kristens 5:15 hot class on Thursdays. She has such a glowing personality and her class is very adaptable to all skill levels but still provides that calorie burn!

I have been coming to Aurora for three months now and it is hands down the best place for Yoga and Boot-camps. I have never been to a place before where fitness is joined with relaxation to find health inside and out. I love how they have a mixture of classes from Sandra's boot-camps which push you athletically to build strength, to Jamie's yoga classes which take you through each pose / flow to challenge yourself or to find relaxation.Thank-you for making my introduction to yoga so absolutely wonderful!

I see Jamie for therapeutic massage and let me tell you, that woman has the magic touch! Being someone who suffers chronically from back, neck and hip pain, I am beyond grateful for Jamie’s abilities. The environment is peaceful & relaxed and Jamie is professional and personable. 10/10 recommend.
