Although this Walmart has everything I need, I prefer the one at Keele Street instead. The problem: You need a coin to use the shopping carts which is a massive inconvenience to a lot of people. I would recommend that they either use self-locking carts or provide cashless payment options.

The service here is the worst. I won’t recommend going in for a print especially if you are going with a baby. I was left unattended for a long time. When it got to my turn, the representative left me and my baby to attend to another customer. Just order your picture somewhere else.

Good place for prints and orders, not good for passport photos. There's no professional photographer or even a good camera on site. A kid sits you in front of a white screen and takes photos with an old digital camera, the one people used to have before smartphones... anyway, I didn't want to have that photo on my passport for 10 years, so I went to a professional studio.

Original order was delayed. Upon arrival, the order was not complete. Order had to be reprinted. Will use Costco next time, more reliable.

Went to pick up an online order and wasted 30 minutes of my time because they kept insisting I came too early and my order wasn’t actually ready. They were looking in the wrong drawer.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up at this location. The lady over there was cashing out someone with a laptop and unfortunately, she was having problem to complete the process. I waited for a while, till the gentleman at the cell phone section helped me to pick up my order. Without his help, I don’t know how long I would waited to only pick up my online order.

Ordered the premium next day photo service. 3 weeks later my photos still say delayed. They told me I will never get my photos but are only refunding me half. This is a scam.

I ordered a few hundred photos and they were almost all bad - hazy, grainy and dark. Photos were taken using our usual good cameras. Ordered at Walmart this one time only, and will not do that again. Other photo centres do much better job.

I phoned the main phone number listed for the Thornhill location an selected 5 to be connected to the optical department as instructed. The call was disconnected. I repeated the process with the same result. I then call again and stayed on the line to be connected to customer service, the call was transferred and music started to play. After waiting way too long, I hang up. This is the type of customer service customers receive. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS.
