Her & her staff were proactive in email and phone correspondence, and provided detailed context about each step of the transaction. Her rates are also quite reasonable, despite last-minute changes that needed to be made to my file. Really appreciate her & the staff at her office. 10/10

Today, I reached out for clarification regarding my condominium purchase, only to be taken aback by the impolite behavior of the staff. Firstly, they outright declined the documents I offered without even reviewing them. Secondly, instead of addressing my concerns, they nitpicked every minor detail to argue about. Thirdly, they rudely discriminated against my English skills by saying, I am aware you are Chinese
