Amanda has a great customer service skills: smile, energetic, very patient and gentle to my anxious Spitz, nail trimming was nicely done. Greatly satisfied.

Our dog Basil, a Golden Retriever, has been coming to Groomingdale's inside Pet Valu (next to Dollarama) for years. He suffers from seasonal allergies in the summer time, and general dry skin in the winter. Cat and Toni both take so much time and care with him, using the best soothing anti itch shampoo in the summer and moisturising in the winter.They always remember that he doesn't really like having his head blow-dried, so they only towel dry it. But, he loves having his body blow dried so they take extra care to do it really thoroughly and get all the loose hairs out.You can really tell at pickup that he's had a very positive experience, and is ready to come home and have a snuggle nap.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these fabulous groomers.

Toni is amazing with my dog Pie who is very nervous of other people. They clip her nails and clean her ears very quickly and do a great job with minimal anxiety for her! I am so thankful. Very compassionate, professional and personable! Highly recommend them! Excellent customer service.

It was our first time here and Toni did an amazing job with our rescue dog Colin. I booked online and detailed how we preferred our dog groomed and how sometimes he needs a muzzle since he’s not the most trustworthy of strangers. All of our notes were acknowledged when I dropped him off. It only took an hour! Usually our pup is at the groomer for at least five hours and you always wonder how anxious they are or if they are caged up or with other dogs that may be aggressive. So it was so nice having him back so soon. The icing on the cake was she told me how he was throughout his session; how he barely needed his muzzle and that just made he feel more at ease knowing he was at ease. Patches gets a grooming at Groomingdales regularly and they treat him like a king. He loves it and always looks trim and handsome when they finish. The staff spoils him with praise every time.
