On Monday May 8, 2023, I arrived at Duff mall and went straight to Kernels, all huffing and puffing wanting some options for a gathering of about 12-15 people last minute (movie).There was the manager Marcia who had her back to me as she was prepping her popcorn.When she saw that I was there, she stopped with a smile and asked what I needed. I had mentioned to her about the gathering and what I wanted, however that option need it to be ordered in advance. She saw my frustration and tied to accommodate me and made several suggestions, I opted for one but then she went above and beyond and tried to save me some money and suggested another option.....Well that was a done deal!! Everything worked out better than I had anticipated because of Marcia's care, knowledge time and effort.....all with a smile, not to mention she is an attractive lady!Merci MarciaNow that is what I call good customer service...trivial as it issome suggestions but she went above and beyond to save me some money

I rarely go into Dufferin mall but I decided to stop at Kernals to grab a couple of bags of popcorn and I met a sweet lovely women who was working alone and she was very polite and really kind. I did not get her name but it was this morning around 11:00 - 11:30am ish Friday May 5th. She is very devoted to her job and deserves a raise or promotion. Thank you

This location has no respect for customers time. They had a sign up that said the cashieer would return in 15 minutes. I waited for 20 and then the woman appeared and said she was taking a 30 minute break and that no one would be serving me for at least 30 minutes. Absolute nonsense. Get a snack somewhere else.

The lady here does not wear her mask properly, cover both you’re nose and mouth !! Especially now a days and on top of this you handle food

This location has the best popcorn compare to other Kernels shop. We will only buy from this location now.

Looks like a 40-year-old woman. The service attitude is very bad. I think she should not understand what customer service is
