Called to inquire about fixing a book bag zipper. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and invited me in to check out the zipper. I visited the location today and showed her the zipper. While they were unable to easily fix the zipper due to the lining, she offered other solutions that I could do so I did not leave unsatisfied with options!If ever the need for any other services I will be coming back here for the customer service.
