Frequently work in Starbucks and meet clients. The location just off Yankee Blvd in Airdrie has changed and progressively deteriorated. The music is too loud to speak at times and is not conducive to meetings.However, yesterdays (May 23, 2023) experience compelled me to write a review. The staff were talking so loud that it was distracting. They were gossiping and speaking negatively about people and even previous customers. They were not present and made customers wait at the counter while they finished their current salacious story. One of the girls was speaking so loud the others looked embarrassed at times.Not a great experience. The manager needs to remind their employees that they are there to be friendly and serve customers. They are not visiting their friends.

The staff at this location, particularly the morning shift, are so warm, efficient and hard working. This shift can be so busy but they work together beautifully and give amazing service

I stop at this Starbucks at least once a week on my way to work. FOUR different times I've been served SOUR milk/cream in my coffee! This is seriously unacceptable at the premium I am paying for your coffee. Four times now I've arrived at work and had to pour out my brand new venti coffee. I've reached out to Starbucks Canada because this is out of hand. I don't understand how the staff don't know how to tell if dairy products are soured or not. There are literal chunks of sour dairy floating in the top of my cup. Safe to say it's the last time I'm stopping at this location out of convenience. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location. Pretty disappointed.

Great place to have a good quality coffee. They serve my favorite the Nitro Cold brew. The place is very clean and the service very good. You can stay now outside or inside and serve your beverage!

The Airdrie Dickson location is amazing! The staff is wonderful. It's clean and always a good vibe to walk into. The drive-thru is normally quick and efficient.
