Shelly gave us a tour and shared her story. So great to experience what she has created. We left happy with a few bottles to enjoy. We'll be back!

Shelly is absolutely wonderful!We stopped in to buy a bottle of her DELICIOUS limoncello, and we ended up staying for a few other samples and some great conversation and we got to see the stills ! The gin is absolutely outstanding( oh and can’t forget to mention her little dog Sophie- so friendly and so sweet!)

Fantastic place! We got a detailed, guided tasting of the gins, vodka and liqueurs. Great flavour profiles with excellent sugar balance (nothing is over-sweet). It was tough to decide what to grab to take home.Highly recommend stopping in here!

She took the time to give us a tour and got to sample all her great creations! Wish I had room in my suitcase to buy one of everything! Fav was Quince liqueur! Definitely recommend stopping in!

Did a tasting with charcuterie. Really fantastic organic experience. She knows her spirits, her passion is right up front and you can see how all is made. The quality of the spirits is great. Best Vodka I have ever had. Gins are definatley tasty, and her liqueurs are very tasty. I ended up buying 5/6 of what I tried, and the other 4 I tried were not available yet but would have also bought on the spot. As an informative, intimate tasting experiance, this was very good. Plan on bringing friends and family soon.

Rude worker that has no manners, we were going to visit the distillery on this Saturday 15/04 . But the way the worker spoke to us was terrible so we went to the brewery instead and no regrets on that choice

Shelly and Sophie were greats hosts. We got to try various craft spirits, got a tour of the distillery, and left with some bottles. Our visit was an absolute fantastic experience. Bespoke is a must when visiting the island. Keep up the great work Shelly!
