Mike has been my physiotherapist for many years for various issues and has become my best advisor and healer. He always approaches my issues with genuine concern, examines the situation thoroughly and then explains it simply, including next steps. Waterloo Sports Medicine Centre at RIM Park
I had an assessment with Kym today at WSM. This is the second time I've received treatment here and I am once again impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the PTs there. Kym did some work on my knee and there was a huge improvement in my discomfort after just the 1 visit. Highly recommend this clinic.

I am very impressed with the time that Ryan spent on my initial assessment. He was very informative and took time to explain in detail what my issues are. Our second experience with WSM was equally impressive as the first. We were brought in the next day, treated to professional analysis and provided with a very effective recovery regime. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helped us understand what was happening to our bodies and made us feel confident in our recovery. Today Ryan and Brooke were most helpful in relieving me of my anxiety of pain and joint damage. They turned it into confidence with a specific recovery exercise program. Follow up is scheduled for only two days later. Impressed!!

I saw Ryan Pinto for a rib injury that occurred during a rugby game. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to assess my injury, explain what was happening, and took the time to show me exercises to proactively recover. Would definitely go back, was very happy with the overall service and experience at WSM and Ryan Pinto.

From the moment tgey answered my call, I already felt welcomed and tgey were really wanting to help me.Facility is very clean, neat. Very modern up-to-date. I was assigned as a patient to Kym. She is lovely, very good listening skills . Noted everything I said, checked in with me constantly as she started on different procedures. She is awesome, highly highly recommended her, and all staff were great!
