Friend and I wanted a meaningful experience for her big three O’s birthday. I did some research on local artsy things, Ivy was featured on Surrey Discovery website. Thought it would be something my friend would love, I would just be in for the experience since I am not creative at all. To my surprise, Ivy was a very patient, kind, skilled and talented artist, she did a demonstration breaking down each step of throwing a basic pot before getting us to do our own. In the end, I was able to make a beautiful bowl to take home. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. I will recommend this to other friends and try other workshops with Ivy again.

Recently did the pottery throwing for two. Ivy was so welcoming and knowledgeable! She walked us through each step with easy to follow instructions. While creating our masterpieces, Ivy continued to give encouragement and tips. She ensured us everyone leaves with something which made me feel more confident!Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend giving it a try!I can't wait to use the bowls we made :)

I ordered a custom mug to celebrate the life of my daughter who passed, and who's birthday is coming up. Normally an order like this takes 6 to 8 weeks to fill, but this potter was so kind to create it, and get it out to me in time for her birthday. I can not thank Ivy enough for her kindness. The detail on this cup is amazing and the pic does not do it justice. The size too! It's a two cupper. Wonderful piece and highly recommend. Thank you again Ivy, your workmanhip is exceptional.

Ivy custom made me an apron! And I love it! Perfect length, perfect fit, so comfy to work in both at the wheel and in general, I really appreciate the pockets and the loop on it, I like to put a towel through it and attach and a carabiner to it too! Just a wonderful person making wonderful thoughtfully made things! Thanks Ivy !!

I took my sister for her birthday. We had so much fun, Ivy was a wonderful teacher and we all had lots of laughs. We love our bowls! Highly recommend!

I did three sessions with Ivy and it was my first time ever making pottery. She was great! She takes you through each step at a pace you’re comfortable with. She’s also great to chat with and plays good music as well :)
