Amazing classes and amazing instructors that never disappoint. Truly a phenomenal workout that cannot be matched by streamed at home classes. There is nothing like the energy and beat drop in the room! An incredibly safe in person workout option, as Moveology has kept covid protocol in place (capped class sizes, distanced spots, etc.). I highly recommend giving the ladies at Moveology a try, you won't regret it.

Moveology has the most amazing instructors. I have tried many different barre classes and this studio has to be my absolute favourite place due to the incredible instructors. The studio space is beautiful, spacious, clean and free ample parking available all the time. The change rooms are always clean and lockers are provided. The owners are very kind and understanding. I Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a challenging and fun workout!

Moveology has been an absolute gift during my time as a new mama. My baby is genuinely thrilled when we pull up to the studio and we are always greeted by the friendliest faces. The instructors are so flexible and accepting of whatever stage the babies and mom’s bodies are in, always providing carrier and non-carrier, high and low impact modifications. By allowing toddlers in class, this has expanded our ability to continue coming to class and it is such a highlight of our week!

The variety and quality of classes here are 10/10. The welcoming and inclusive atmosphere is a vibe! You always leave feeling happy that you carved out that time for yourself. The instructors are insanely knowledgable on how to have the most effective workout, including multiple modifications while still sweating it out. I have gone to Moveology since it was a seedling and I have never felt more strong or in shape in all of my life. DO IT! you'll thank yourself later. Bonus.....they also play the best music in the most beautiful space around.

I did the mommy and baby barre at Moveology and I absolutely love the balance of how challenging this class is, and the options to be able to dial back. Not to mention the cardio component. Melissa is amazing and I really enjoy this class

Of all the fitness studios I have tried in Calgary (and I’ve tried a few) this is the one that embodies honest, real and meaningful values to help you on your fitness and health journey. Will you get an amazing workout that is challenging without being aggressive? Yes! The workouts are well thought out so you get the most out of your hour there. The music played on the great sound system keeps you moving and motivated! Classes are all in a clean, spacious and beautiful location, with experienced instructors and all equipment provided. To top it all off, you’re also part of a community of like minded individuals. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Moveology is more than a just a fitness studio, it’s your home away from home. It’s a safe place to go and connect with your body while moving at your own pace, using any and all modifications you need. Friendly faces that are truly invested in watching you thrive as you walk in and out of your class.Fitness studios typically have me feeling anxious but the instructors here are excellent at getting you tuned in and feeling confident in your workout and in your own skin. I will definitely be back for more.Thank you for creating such a great space to come home and feel in love with my body.

The classes and instructors at Moveology are amazing. The instructors plan classes that are fun, challenging and target the whole body. Modifications are always provided making the classes suitable for all fitness levels. I always leave the studio feeing strong and energized. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try!
