I had a consultation with Sylvie for cellulite reduction and she was amazing! She walked me through the procedure and was very thorough with her explanations. I would highly recommend The Aesthetic Lounge!I had my fourth cellulite treatment today with Leticia and can't say enough good things about her. She's very professional and I'm noticing a difference in my body. I'm very pleased so far!

I have been doing laser hair removal and after four treatments I am seeing the improvements. In the beginning, I did not see changes but Leticia Rosero has been an amazing aesthetician, helping me to trust in the treatment and knowing about my type of skin. I really recommend her and particularly if you are from a Latin American country.

Had Pico laser for melasma. Very happy with the results so far. I’ve tried every treatment you can imagine and this one is by far the most successful. Leticia is wonderful! So kind and professional. Very knowledgeable, gives great advice post treatment. The whole staff is lovely! Great experience and highly recommend.

Very friendly, warm environment! The staff are lovely. Really liked my results and they lasted longer than other places I've gone. Also, appreciated the consult, it addressed my concern without feeling like I was being pressured into a bunch of additional (unnecessary) procedures.Overall great experience would recommend ☺️

This is the best place in Ottawa to go if you want to look and feel your best! Everyone from the receptionist to the aestheticians take care of you with the utmost of privacy and care. I can't say enough and will be back again soon!

Had a really great first experience. I went for a chemical peel for my back and loved the greetings at the reception and the person who took care of the chemical time took time to explain everything to me . Can't talk yet about the result of the chemical peel as the results will be visible only in a few days
