Real Fruit Bubble Tea

The lady who served us on 17 oct at 8.30 pm ,she was very rude. She literally threw the ice and had very unwelcoming ,she was ignoring customers ,we said hyy few times she didnt even look up to say hyy back. I askes her a question about slush she literally responded ok . This was the worst customer service ever. She needs to work on her attitude towards customers.she was not wearing or tied her hair up ,and was listening to music with airpods on. So unprofessional and bad service. Atleast she made our drinks perfect , tasted so nice.

Most their drinks aren’t from real fruits. They pour the sauces out of a bottle prob from china or smth. Tastes good but def too sugary and fake.

Best bubble tea in town. Every time I venture downtown I grab a passion fruit bubble tea at real fruit. The service is satisfying the price is on the higher end but fair for the quality. They have a fully accessible bathroom with emergency button which impressed me. It also had an accessibility hands free entrance and exit. Will continue to come back

I’ve been to many Real Fruit locations but I love this one & Eatons the best! This location has the super cool black & white sign so anyone looking to take their aesthetic social media photos - come this way! Their house special drinks are delicious, but so are their slush/icecrush/sherbets or milk/green teas! Don’t worry if you’ve never tried Real Fruit, this location has amazing, friendly staff! Everyone that works here is patient and outgoing. The store manager, YoYo is a super approachable and considerate lady - explaining why all the employees are so friendly. When I visited, Kate made my drink and she definitely knew what she was doing. Both of them were very sociable and knowledgable - offered wonderful recommendations!

I’ve ordered bubble tea on a couple of occasions and it was fine, but I went two or three more times just after 9:00 pm on Saturday ( looked up the hours before going to make sure they were still open - and the website says until 10pm on Saturdays ) and each time the door was locked. The fist two times didn’t bother me, but the 3rd time I tried and two people were still at the counter and totally ignored me standing outside. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. If they don’t want my business, they won’t get it.

Great spot for fruity bubble tea. I always get the mango version and my friend loves experiments so she tried the durian bubble tea. 4 stars for the food specifically for this location because the durian smoothie was watered down and was very light.

Really good Bubble Tea. Great selection and flavor. Nice staff and the place was clean. No washrooms even for customers. Only a counter to sit. No tables were available at the time. Overall a great experience. I would recommend it.

Just walked into the real fruit bubble tea near osgoode station. Took them a few mins to say hi to me even though the place wasn’t busy.I proceeded to order a watermelon slush and they told me they had no watermelon.Then I proceeded to order a mango slush and wanted to pay with a $100 bill.The Caucasian employee jumps in and halts my payment saying they don’t accept Canadian $100 bill currency. I don’t see any signage or policy stating they don’t accept the high denomination bill. They also don’t mention to people before they order that there is a fruit out of stock.No sorry for the inconvenience no apologies. Nothing. There was zero communication.Communication is key and if you are charging me $10 for a drink I deserve to know AHEAD of time your policies and rules instead of walking out of your place on a hot summer day WITHOUT a drink.

Ordering through the app was both convenient and user-friendly. The team provided exceptional customer service and communicated effectively. Despite my early arrival, I only waited for 10 minutes to receive my 22 drinks. Special requests were well followed, and the drinks were fantastic. The staff demonstrated great teamwork, and the gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond by offering extra assistance and opening the door, even asking if I need help for dropping off ❤️ Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Real Fruit Bubble Tea on Queen Street West and would highly recommend it.

Yum! Loved the real fruit mango slush. Great place, very friendly staff and quick service. Lots of options to select from, highly recommended. Always ask whats seasonal fruit is available for bubble tea and slush. Small sitting area but fun place.
