There was not too many people in the store so shopping was relaxed and pleasant. They had the items I went for. That being said some of the shelves looked a little thin. The cashier's and other staff were quite pleasant. Parking was not a problem and there was plenty of handicap parking. The doors have handicap assistance.

easily one of the worst experiences i’ve had my entire life. the lady handling the carts spoke to me with such disrespect and rudeness, i will never be back. would’ve loved to have her name as i think a conversation should be had regarding proper customer service

For all mama’s out there buying formula, CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE on the stuff you buy here! I bought Similac step 1 from this location, trusting it was a good product, I fed it to my child and come to find out it’s 2 months past the expiration date. They obviously don’t check the expiry dates on stuff, which I think is very important for this specific product!

I’ve lived in Innisfail my whole life and the Coop grocery stores been there the entire time. Many many other grocers have come through but Coops stayed strong. I’m trying to recollect if they gave free cookies to kids back when I was a kid. They do nowadays and my kids love going there for a tasty treat.They have a good deli and delusions freshly baked goods in the bakery. There’s just something about fresh bread, hot dog and hamburger buns that out do breads that are shipped in.

Went in tonight for groceries and decided to get lotto. Because the till was down for lotto, customers had to go to till 5. Stood there for a bit and watched as the cashiers all gathered at a till and talked. Finally someone noticed me and came over. She rushed me through and started to walk away when I finally got a chance to ask her for a bag. She turned around, quickly shoved my items into a bag before she quickly walked away to continue talking with the rest of the cashiers. Top customer service skills here.

I don't go here often but when I do it's always very lovely tonight a young woman named Audrey was extremely helpful and so kind and did absolutely fantastic job I just wanted to give a little props to her and the wonderful till worker Justin that helped me so kind so friendly and I will definitely be back anytime I'm in town!!

Friendly staff. Good bakery. It's COOP so higher prices. They always have roasted chickens ready.
