Modus did an excellent job of installing our new kitchen cabinets. They were prompt, professional and very helpful.

Anita is Absolutely Fabulous. She is highly a highly knowledgeable expert who not only answered all of my questions, but provided me with a high level of guidance. Her thorough understanding of my needs and thoroughly explaining the process and next steps has given me the information I need to make my kitchen renovation a smooth process.

Poor Customer Service, they cut my water lines while installing my kitchen and flooded my top floor and part of my basements Costing me almost $1000 to repair. They wouldn't even take responsibility for their actions this is not what you would expect from an Ikea preferred installer.I do not recommend them

The crew was punctual, professional and polite. They worked quickly but carefully. They answered all questions, and made helpful suggestions based on their experience. They worked collaboratively with us to ensure we were pleased with the work. Very happy with the end result. Great job installing our new kitchen.

Anita was very helpful as I had no idea how to go about planning a kitchen . She had great ideas !k look forward to seeing it all put together .

These folks are amazing. Their level of customer service is top notch. They installed a kitchen upgrade to match our existing kitchen cabinets and their attention to the smallest detail is truly appreciated. Their installers are friendly, polite, timely, cleaned up beautifully when they were done and made it a overall wonderful experience. Folks at the office are of equal greatness with scheduling and helping us at every ask. Thank you all for a great job and I look forward to future projects where we can use you again.

We had very bad experience with them. They don't show accountability for their actions and we had to find another contractor in a very short notice to remodel our kitchen. Not only were they unclear in their communication from the start of kitchen design, to discussion of execution plan, timings of their arrival . Not only did they not do the work as promised they charged us extra 300 $ in total 600$ which we had to pay as we had to take the blame for not living up to their expectation when clearly their was miscommunication on their part. Thankfully I found another contractor who did our job smoothly.

After deciding to proceed with an IKEA kitchen we opted to book their in-home consult/measuring services which are fulfilled by MODUS.The booking process was easy and the times offered were very flexible. Once scheduled we received prompt and detailed information confirming our appointment and reviewing what we needed to do beforehand.The planning session went very well. Crystal and her partner (I don't recall her name, sorry!) were on time, super friendly and really efficient. They made many helpful suggestions, the estimate was quite reasonable and they provided options for tradespeople that we could contact for services they didn't provide.So far so good! I will continue to update this review as we proceed with our renovations.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Modus! Anita was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. I came to her with a completed IKEA design for our laundry/mudroom and she gave me several suggestions to make it more functional and appealing. The team who arrived to complete the installation was so pleasant and efficient. I appreciated that they asked questions throughout the day to ensure the cabinets were being installed exactly as we envisioned. Thank you Modus - we will definitely use you again for future projects.
