Barrie Honda Powerhouse
I had booked a service appointment to have my spoke wheel balanced, with one day notice. Becca was able to have my wheel looked at almost immediately by Sam. Sam took the wheel apart and removed the wobble very quickly. When I brought it home and installed on the bike, the wheel was absolutely, perfectly balanced! I am very happy with the results! I am even more happy that here we are, at the beginning of the motorcycle season, and with one mechanic short, Barrie Honda Powerhouse was able to take my issue and resolve it immediately. Now that is AWESOME customer service! Thank you!

Lack of product knowledge and time to complete work was an issue. Although there was some minor compensation on the product price which was related to old inventory, there was no comp for the problems they induced. Also charged for 2 ND wheel change which they did not do. Never had an issue before, hopefully a one off day situation.

Brought my quad in because it wouldn't start. Gave me a time to fix and they followed through and completed the job on time. They where very fair when pricing the job. Definitely will be going back if I need future service.
