Guys, never ever rent truck in this location! The way own running business is disgusting!!! We rent a truck in 2pm saying we will rent around midnight! The owner just put the due date 7pm that result we were charged for 2 days. And we mention we do not need insurance because we had. He just charged it and said it’s deposit!!! Honestly, we just believe what he said and did not check the contract properly and rush to go!!! Then, you guys know the results: paid $170 for 1 round trip from Stoney creek to Ancaster,36.1 miles, is that crazy? Guys, kick this disgusting business from the neighborhood!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. The cashier told my parents he only accepted cash to pay for UHaul services. Went to ATM, came back and saw someone else using debit and credit at the store. He then says that the machine for UHaul isn’t working. Provided no receipt or anything as they “don’t do that”. My parents then get a letter saying they still owe more money to UHaul. Pretty much just scammed my parents for money. Terrible service. Rude as well.

Do not go to this location was told by the Uhaul in Markham we could drop it off here no issues and we would not need to call in advance or anything. My sister goes to drop it off and the guy tells her no that there is no reservation for it so he will not return it and ends up calling the cops on my sister for using his outlet to charge her phone quick so she could call u haul directly about the situation.

Awful experience. I rented online, was greeted with employees who didnt know there was a rental booked. After 'calling the boss' several minutes later and unkempt man came to serve. Refused to rent because i dont have an alternate phone number. Extremely rude about it no explanation, will not rent from uhaul again after this

No one answers the phone, and when I arranged a rental here, I had to wait half an hour for someone to decide to show up. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
