Gurleen is so thorough. She discusses all aspects of the CPAP machine, sleep habits, air leakage, humidity, snoring, etc. and she explains everything so well. I learn new information every time I visit.

Service at mainland Sleep diagnostics was very informative and helpful in the process of dealing with the medical claims process and what my Insurance provider would cover. Sara Bahia even pointed out that I had been using the wrong size equipment right away. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mainland’s CPAP service!

Very friendly, efficient n professional staff here I would say. I did a walk-in this afternoon at Mainland Sleep on 48 Ave. after seeing my cardiologist two doors down and I walked out with a sleep apnea machine within 20 minutes once all the paperwork were done.

I came from work to pickup the device but front desk didn't pay any attention gave me couple papers to fill and then other guy showed up she start talking with him and keep ignoring me. Had my appointment at 3 but didn't get help with the appointment. Guy who came after me got welcomed before me and Also he said he called yesterday and it was walk in

I visited for the first time yesterday to get a cleaning done on my CPAP machine. I found the folks working here to be very pleasant, and easy to chat with. I did have to wait for quite a while despite the appointment time, but this was not unexpected. I had to ask for their WIFI guest password as the Cell coverage inside this area was abysmal. It was supplied on request, though I might suggest they could just post it on a paper sign tacked up somewhere.I would give 5 starts if they were better at managing appointment timing / less wait, and the WIFI password was posted ;)
