I try to get everything Castlegar rural sent via Purolator because the Connects Wireless team are so personable and the parking is 10 steps from the door. It sure beats having a procession of random cars showing up at my rural property at any time of day (or even night). They will be happy to see you and will make your day a little brighter :)

Cecilia helped me with a new phone and contract upgrade. She was knowledgeable and helpful and very patient. The Castlegar Location of connects wireless is located by the Dairy Queen. Nice distraction for the kids. Helpful and friendly service in a nice location. Easy to keep the kids busy.

I would recommend to not purchase anything from this store. Horrendous customer service by the manager and the employee. The employee says our staff turnover is very high here and we don’t know a lot of things we are do here.Worst place in Castlegar to shop!

I went in to see about a purolator parcel and found it hadn’t made it there yet. So I was in the market to upgrade my phone and Cecilia was very helpful at the end of her day. She worked past closing to make sure I left with my new phone. Two thumbs up!

I happened to visit this place while ago. It was simply a bad decision that I made. I am confused how these illiterate people got to work after an interview process. Very premature level of customer care with indelegance. Not a good impression to the company. Lot of people out there equipped with adequate talents to be able handle these kind of simple sales office. But not these two. Shame as Canadians.

Today I dealt with Cecilia, the manager. I needed something sent by Purolator from a nearby hotel to my home and she offered to personally go and pick it up for me & then arranged the courier service. This kind of personal service is almost unheard of anymore and I commend her on being so kind and and generous! Thanks Connects Wireless for the great service!

The most scandalous and all around bad people working there. Bought a new phone , returned it because the bell employee had incorrectly set up sim card his fault not mine . Not only did I not got fully refunded they scammed the 150 dollars of prepaid time I purchased , I went in broke came out with no phone and gave 150 $ to a big company. I would have been so embarrassed to have done this . Shame on you . Stealing from locals . Stand by your business, but hopefully your out soon.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still 3 months later I am spending time trying to have my money returned for a shipment that was never shipped. Finally receiving a cheque that was short my interactions have had me believe three times it would be rectified, each time becoming more condescending and unprofessional in response to my follow up looking for my returned funds. I strongly advise NOT using this postal service :(
