Couryah is such a great service! I love that they deliver to the Timberlea area. They were especially helpful during the lockdown and were very quick. I only wish they still did restaurant delivery to Timberlea. I noticed that’s no longer available to my area. We have limited options for take out so it was nice for the short time we had it.

Great service! Got my order within 25 minutes. Their live tracking service works perfect with text notifications. Finally a local on-demand delivery company that offers food and groceries with quick service. I’ll definitely be ordering again, looking forward to see them grow! Thanks Couryah :)

I am glad i decided to try Couryah again. After an awful, demeaning experience with shopper and Customer service i wasn't going to use service again. Went to close down acct and noticed some good sales so took a chance. Im glad i did...My shopper, Heidi, was awesome. She was friendly, made sure i was happy with substitute and took the time to pick out fresh fruit.. Overall she made this time a great experience!!!I might try service again.. Just hoping i never have to call Customer service and go through what i did last time..

Couryah has been great and gotten even better over the last few months. They offer a decent variety of groceries and their delivery fees are reasonable. They always arrive at the time that you requested and everything is packed well. We will be using them for convenience long after the pandemic is over. I do wish their website was a little easier to navigate, but that's a small price to pay for the service.

I highly recommend using Couryah over any other delivery service. Masato took care of my grocery order and he did an awesome job. If something was out of stock he made sure to text me and get a suitable replacement, communication was great. He was extremely polite and friendly, and took care dropping off my order, he even made sure to wait until I had received my order before leaving. Great service overall and I will be using Couryah again in the future!

Order arrived 1.5 hours late. Contacted customer service several times got no response. Had to text back and forth with the manager of the actual store to try to resolve an order issue ourselves (!) The manager of the store was excellent and did all he could to go above and beyond to make it right but Couryah was unresponsive. Finally got hold of customer service the next day and they said all they can offer is. $5 credit for an order 1.5 hours late and closed the chat on me when I paid 65$ for delivery and service fees. Nightmare from start to finish. If they mess up (we all make mistakes) at least take responsibility and make it right for the customer.

Always happy to support local business, I’m very impressed with this local delivery service. They had my groceries at my house within 2 hours of placing my order. My driver was Daniel, he went out of his way to fulfill my order and brought fresh produce and fruits. Will definitely continue to use this convenient service.

I got covid and my car broke down all in the same week. I don’t think I could have survived without couryah. Fast and reliable service, friendly staff and groceries delivered right to my door step. Thank you so much Couryah!!

Ordered for the first time with couryah and was very pleased with the overall experience. Website was super easy and quick to use. Delivery from downtown to Clayton park took only 20 minutes from when I placed the order. No other apps seem to deliver from downtown to Clayton park so I’m definitely gonna be using them a lot more from now on.

Great service by Couryah and delivery person SelenaS I was able to use their service for a non traditional delivery items. After reaching out to their live chat support- they were happy to accommodate my request. I’ll probably use them again for groceries while my vehicle is in the shop.
