Much better service more discreet and less personal with skip the dish or even other companies in other cities. I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy with the lack of knowledge of change. And much arrogance.. one star is deserved. hey it's better than nothing right Paul!

It is not often that I have either the time or the need to take the time to write about a service and its employees. However, in this case, I will make an exception.I called On the Dot to have something delivered to a friend whose birthday was on that day that I called.I spoke with Paul. In dealing with Paul, nothing could have been easier. He assured me that the package would be delivered at the designated time (2:00 PM).The delivery person even called me to make sure of the address to which the package was to be delivered.My friend told me the package was delivered on time in a friendly and professional manner.“Easy-Peasy.”Thank you Paul and thank you, delivery person, for a job well done.

On the Dot was really helpful in helping me with a delivery for my mom's birthday. I was trying to have food and wine delivered. They offered to have the driver pick up the food from the restaurant and wine from the LCBO in the same trip. I ended up getting both the food and wine from the restaurant, delivered by On the Dot.

I can't say enough good things about the service here. Molly (and Paul) went out of her way to help me out when trying to arrange a delivery to Courtright this week. It is the first time I have used their service as I was calling from out of town. She told me they have 30 drivers on the road.
