Costco Tire Center

Get a flat tire on my holiday trailer on a Sunday in GP the only places open are Costco and CT. And Costco tire center apparently doesn't work on trailer tires. Just an FYI for anyone like me in a bind

It took 2 hours for tyre rotation!

Jason a tire tech in Tire Center should be fired !He is a complete ignorant person to customers

Did not use appropriate care and attention when handling my factory rims and tires when doing the winter tire swap, resulting in scratches in the clear coat on my factory rims. Take offs were not bagged as is customary at most tire shops and rims and tires were dragged/stacked over top of each other when placed in back of my truck. Were slow to respond when made aware of the issue and never accepted responsibility. Will not buy tires/wheels there again, would not recommend.

Started with they couldn't find our appointment and ended with them trying to keep our old tires. All around bad experience. Will buy tires from them again. But I will never get them installed there again.

I was really disappointed with Costco I waited the two weeks for a appointment and two hours in the store just for them to tell me they wouldn’t put on a tire due to the patch being to close to the side and that was untrue we took it to another reputable shop in town and they said they would absolutely do it their was nothing wrong with where the patch is.

Purchased new tires from them to have put on a set of factory take off rims on a ford for wife. Told them the vehicle they came off , asked them to check the tpms sensor’s as they have never been mounted on her vehicle … they did not . They let my wife take here vehicle with a flashing caution light …. Did not mention a thing , then we brought it back had to pay for the install again along with the cost of new sensor … asked for the old seniors so we could use them in the future to discover they cut the valve stems on the old sensors , again Didn’t mention a thing about cutting them or why they had to … I love Costco but their tire shop is horrible . Will not be going back .

The staff we friendly and accommodating. They’re open later then most all tire shops in town

Pretty sad your website for tire side says open at 9 am but it doesnt till 10 am not vary impressive
