Very clean and lots of choices. Special order from the butcher no problem.

Great staff. Clean store.Experience inside was great! No complaints. Well stocked store but some items a tad more pricey than other stores.

Metro in Castleman. If you don't want to drive to Ottawa to fight traffic for groceries, this Metro is in a great location. With all the banks of Tesla charging stations, and being so close to the TransCanada it is in an ideal location.

A joke at best.Sad that we have to drive over to the next town to get our basic needs. Unreal.For casselman's main grocery store it's a pretty sad sight. There's nothing new ever, the produce is atrocious, so is the staff handling it. Nothing ever get rotated properly at lasts 2 days at best once purchased. Over priced for meh quality. Shelves are always empty....empty is putting it nice. Nothing more frustrating when going to the grocery store and it never having your full list ever.

I really like this metro. The staff are always great. I had my 3 month old with me. 3 ladies working heard her cry and came out to see her. Thanks ladies for keeping her occupied!

We bought pancetta from the deli at metro and it was was full of mold/rotten. The staff are very friendly at the store and store is bright. But the fact a staff member was able to cut into that and packaged it to sell is pretty alarming, they could not have missed it. Unfortunately, due to the label and the paper inside it was not possible to see it through the package before purchasing. We called to let them know about the meat having mold and should check in at the deli station. The customer service person was polite enough but it was obvious they didn’t like hearing a complaint and was defensive while emphasizing it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Which goes without saying but I would have liked to hear ‘we will go check on this right away and make sure we are up to code thank you for bringing it up’. But instead got a “I will give a refund don’t worry”, “it’s not anyone’s fault”, “you can come back to the store for a refund”. Again, it wasn’t why we called and besides the point, just want everyone to be healthy and safe! People inspect your food before purchase.

I love shopping there when I am not concerned about saving.It's always nice, the place is super clean and everything is of high quality. You're not going to buy something here and find out it's bad/expired/open once you get home. You won't wait on the cash etc..They don't have everything but they come pretty close for the size.

Used their platters (10+ platters each time) twice for mine and my sisters wedding. Delicious, beautiful and half the price then the caterer next door quoted us. All the food was gone because the guests just loved them. They were ready before pick up time. Recommend 100%

The staff is very nice, quick service, they always make you feel welcomed. The place is very clean, bathrooms are clean, free parking and wheelchair accessible.
