It’s great and amazing to work with Brown Moving guys.. I had a wonderful experience moving my stuff from Nanaimo to downtown Vancouver. They provided an accurate quotations, they arrived in timely manner and organize my stuff according to its complexity and the price range is affordable.It’s hard to move alone fortunately Browns is there for me along the way.

Never Again.There were a number of issues with their service, including a total lack of communication during your truck breakdown, these were bad enough that we would never use Brown's again, nor recommend them to anyone else.The worst, however, was the lack of adequate care and consideration shown to our goods. We had two items that are essentially irreplaceable that were damaged. One, a solid Thai Rosewood chest that has had the corner smashed in and the lid cracked by some massive blunt force. This chest has already survived at least four International moves and two domestic moves without any harm until these guys destroyed it. The other was a heirloom picture that had been stored in the same box as a garden spade, metal gardening tools and a lightbulb! They shouldn’t be employing people that have such a lack of care and consideration for customer’s valuables. Numerous items, including mattresses and sofas arrived filthy. I also found bottles and plastic containers of corrosive cleaning chemicals that had been put into boxes upside down, others on their sides and, if I hadn’t had them repacked, they could have caused serious damage.As I said, thanks for being such a pleasant bunch, but Brown’s moving service has caused more damage to our goods than all our previous moves put together.

My husband and I used this company for our last move, we didn't want to waste cardboard and wanted something easily stackable. We went with Say No, because their prices include 30 days of use. With others, it's an extra charge, per week!We definitely recommend this company for ease, simplicity and the price.

We were getting ready for a big move end of Oct 2013 and 'It's Your Move' took away a lot of the stress you experience during a hectic time like that.We placed our order for the quantity and type of crates we wanted and from there on, it was easy sailing. They delivered the crates right to our door and even gave us labels, markers and fragile and heavy stickers. They thought of everything. Our movers even commented on how impressed they were with our organization of the crates.After the move was complete, we called 'It's Your Move' and they schedule a convenient time for us to pick up the crates.It was nice not having to pay for or collect boxes for several weeks and we didn't have to worry about getting rid of them either.It was our first time using 'It's Your Move' and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.S. & A. DO NOT USE THIS CO! One of the owners, Ann, took s $300 deposit, didn't apply it to my account and when I followed up repeatedly, lied and evaded the issue and never refunded it.The staff are overworked, untrained and unable to pack or move you as you expected given you pay premium prices for movers and packers. Of two packers, one was completely incompetent, did not follow my instructions as to what needed packing or not and dumped all my clothes on hangers into boxes rather than using the wardrobe boxes that I'd paid PREMIUM PRICES to the company for. Of the three movers, one did nothing but only pretended that he was moving boxes. So in essence, I paid the company for 5 of their employees to work a full day each but in reality only 3 of the 5 should have been paid.It was a scorching hot summer day and my fridge and freezer was full of perishables. I asked the owner how they planned to move it. Her response was that it would go in regular boxes and they couldn't provide coolers or ice packs or guarantee that the food wouldn't spoil. She's imply wasn't bothered to try and provide a solution. How can you run a moving company like this? Just a few large coolers that would cost $200 and could be reused repeatedly would ensure that my $500 worth of food would not spoil omce outside the fridge and in the heat. Eventually one of the employees assisted me in packing the most perishable of the foods into my insulated grocery bags with ice packs and I loaded them into my car so I could move them back into the fridge asap.At the end of a very long two days, I tipped the movers and treated them to gourmet pizza as I was just sympathetic to their being exploitation by the company and really glad that my move was over. Any company that exploits its employees, over-bills you and does not respond to your complaints does not deserve your money or trust. There are plenty of good movers out there that are ethical, competent and professional, SO DON'T USE THIS ONE!!

I ordered boxes online on Feb 8 for Feb 15th arrival. Had to follow up for a confirmation email. Boxes arrived without issue so that was great. However, I've been trying to get them picked up since February 23rd and it's near impossible to get the company to commit to a date/time. This is super frustrating living in a small apartment. I get that everyone is busy but it shouldn't be hard to carve out 10 mins to pick these up!

I am a realtor and both I, my family and my clients have repeatedly used the services of this company. I am currently in the middle of a pack myself and I am having such a pleasant time packing that I thought I would share this review here.It is the first time we have ordered and rented boxes for our move (odd considering my line of work and the number of moves I deal with), and hence we are having a very good experience with the packing into these great boxes.Ann has been more than helpful and the company always has gone above and beyond to make things work for us. From renting a storage facility and taking our stuff there and dealing with unwanted items, to big moves, to small moves, we have always been thoroughly pleased with our experience with this company.I have always and will continue to recommend them!

The company was awesome to deal with and extremely accommodating. They were very understanding when I needed the rental bins a little longer since I had a large move. I highly recommend renting the black bins as opposed to using boxes - made our move so much easier and more environmental!

First time renting boxes and will definitely do it again. It was very handy and organized and delivered by a personably and responsive fellow.

My moving boxes were just delivered and were done so exactly on time. The delivery guy was also a family member to the owner and you could tell he cared a lot. Their philosophy, he told me, was to focus on customer amazement. I'm amazed: great pruduct, great service, great prices. This business is well done.
