I joined Aggi's group back in October 2022. I was over weight and had very little energy. Aggi was able to look at my situation and put an effective plan together for me. Since that time I have lost weight and have more energy. What I have learnt from her was what my bad habits were and how to correct them. Moving forward I don't see a situation were I am 40 to 50 pounds over weight ever again. We set obtainable goals that I am confident I will achieve!!

I was looking to make a major lifestyle change and focus on my health, and Aggi has been instrumental in that shift. I’ve had a family member participate in her program and talked about how great it was, and I saw the results they were getting so I knew I had to go to her.What I’ve really enjoyed about the program and Aggi’s coaching has been how personalized everything is, and how Aggi works with you to address every question or concern you might have. She is extremely encouraging, understanding and wants to make sure you are feeling comfortable while you go through this process. Something I’ve really enjoyed about Aggi’s coaching style is how she really wants to get the details of how you’re feeling and your goals, and how best to address them. I know that I can go to her to talk about certain cravings I have and we can talk about how to deal with them while still being healthy.With everything I’m learning and gaining through this program and Aggi’s coaching, I feel like I will be able to carry on with this lifestyle change after the program concludes and still be successful.

Aggi is extremely knowledgable and supportive, treats her patients with outmost care . I would not be able to achieve my goal weight , and get my heath under control if it wasn’t for her guidance ! I am forever grateful!
