The store closes 5 to 10 mins before 8:00 pm on a regular basis. Employees are extremely rude and use foul language. Rogers should monitor the store hours to make sure they do not lock up before the posted time.

Review is not based on this individual store. Leaving Rogers due to price matching. Bell offers me less cost on devices and rogers refused to match it. So im going to buy out my plan after being a rogers customer for over 13 years. Goodbye Rogers, costing me lots of time.

Terrible experience, store manager had no interest in helping and would rather leave and not solve the issue and leave it to the assistant store manager and telling me to call the 1800 number, after 2 hours in store nothing got solved, then one of the punks in store starts giving me attitude because I was telling them that this is not my problem and in fact rogers issue and proceed to give me attitude. They all need an attitude check and need to take care of the customer and actually do work instead of standing around and talking about their lives with each other.

This place is actually terrible. Disorganized. I did a phone order and the people in store tried to upsell me when they didnt have my correct device in stock (after saying it was in stock on the phone). I was originally coming in for an S20FE at 10 dollars a month , then got upsold to a S21FE w/ starting rate of 35 dollars a month discounted" to 25 dollars for the inconvenience.Because that is not what I agreed to

I am not exaggerating when I say that we have just dealt with one of the best sales representatives ever, hands down. My husband and I came in quite discouraged as the Rogers call center was refusing to honor a promo plan that was advertised on their site. We went through many agents only to have calls disconnected and for them to say they couldn’t see it on their end. A simple visit to their website and they could have seen it on the front page.Anyways, my husband insisted on going to the store and so we did. Vrinder started off with confirming that the promo plan indeed was not showing up in their system, however empathized with our frustration regarding the discrepancy. Although unable to give us that exact plan, he took the patience and care to work out details to a new bundle of plans to fit our family’s needs and budget. We were overpaying for our services. He helped us by working out a bundle where we will be paying less for more.We left happier than ever. If you don’t call that perfect customer service, I don’t know what is. Sometimes we just need a human approach in this money-hungry corporate world. I truly hope Rogers will work hard to keep representatives like Vrinder because they are truly difficult to come by! I hope this review helps other Rogers customers find the help they need.
