AND THEY ARE DISCRIMINATORY , BIASED, JUDGMENTAL You would think and expect that they would understand and have a little compassion for the struggles someone on financial assistance deals with, not add additional stress, anxiety, panic, uncertainty, financial losses, belittlement,hurting someone's feeling intentionally with no regard for the repercussions from their actions and terribly harsh words. and that doesn't even begin to touch on mentally,emotionally, physically. These guys treated a family member of mine very badly, all because she was on Social assistance. This has recently been brought to my attention, and I wanted to say to Rick. Your,DISCRIMINATORY, mean, hurtful, judgmental, and an A**...WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!

I lived at Mayflower Apartments and Rick and Joe were the best building managers I ever had, they are always making the grounds beautiful and keep the place very clean. Very professional and helpful.

Don't rent from these guys or this Company. I have heard many other stories about these guys Rick and Joe. After reading the previous review from Kay below, I felt obligated to back that review up. These guys can't go around treating people as they see fit, what makes them judge and jury. Screw you guys, I hope neither of you are ever in a position where you are injured or get sick and are unable to work to earn your own money to live and have to rely on public assistance. Karma is a bit*ch, and what goes around comes around in this world. The way you treat others always falls back on you. Shame on you! Why you gotta treat the poor who already deal with way to much crap this way, come on guys, what you have done is CRAPPY! When you lay your head down to go to sleep tonight, just think about that,how your actions affect others so deeply. This crap, hurts in more ways than one. Give your head a shake.

I've been living at 99 Joyce Ave for 5 years now. The landlord Wayne is wonderful and gets things taken care of immediately. They're constantly renovating the building and making improvements. Have no complaints about the company.
