Integral Performance Physio West Island

Very unprofessional and lacking knowledge of situations. I called to make a consultation appointment. I clearly stated I was for a CNESST case. The receptionist gave me my first appointment. I gave my doctor’s referral where it was clearly stated CNESST work accident. The receptionist said they don’t send the invoices to CNESST but asked for my private insurance information. I refused to give this information since it was a work accident. Both the receptionist and the physiotherapist never advised me that they do not accept CNESST patients. Two appointments later, I asked the physiotherapist if he will send an update to CNESST, he replied no. I found the treatments very strange. Red flags! Two appointments and $200.00 later, CNESST informed me that this place of business was not associated with CNESST, they had no licence to treat CNESST patients. I learnt that this was illegal. So people beware, this place is not honest.

Integral performance physio is amazing. Everyone is so kind, the premises are always very clean and the physio is top notch. I have been suffering from chronic neck pain for over 4 years ( herniated disk) and had seen 3 other physiotherapists before finally being treated by Nan Wu. Not only have I seen incredible improvement, My quality of life has improved because of her treatments. she not only treats the problem, but also works with the patient to strengthen and reduce risk of re-injury. I have recommended Integral performance Physio to several people who have also had great success. Highly recommended .

I have seen Ryan, Sonia, Mikayla and Nina here, all of whom are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The front desk staff are equally professional and always friendly.The results of my treatments have always been positive, keeping my activities going. I have been sending friends here for years and never heard a bad word spoken about anyone.

It was my first time trying Intégral and I am so happy! I went in with tight jaw and pain. I was taken care by Pragna and she was absolutely awesome. She knew right away what to do to get my jaw back to normal and with her help I left relieved from my pain completely!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs an Osteo. I cannot recommend integral physio enough! I have hyper-mobility syndrome and have suffered from headaches for many years due to a shoulder injury. I've seen numerous physical therapists and osteopaths, with little or no long term results. I have been a patient of this clinic for more than a year now, and it has completely changed my life. Nan Wu is so professional, knowledgable, and kind. The therapy she offers is careful and hands on. She has helped me immensely in ways that have changed my life, and I have zero reservations in recommending her!

Here follow up to treat us by doctor prescription orders, step by steps. and even evaluate my case to report notes to doctor for suggest back to work with part time, to better recover.Also transferred my unused credit to a gift for my sister. very flexable service. I love the late closed time, I can come even after work, no need to use sick days.
