Bob was friendly and helpful when I called him about a problem with my system. He wasn't able to come as he was too busy, but he recommended another company that could help. He also provided my contact info to another company. They called me and were able to come the next day. That's service above and beyond!

I had a septic field installed by another company and was having issues with my brand new system - I talked to the other company over the phone and they were unwilling to help and kept telling me it was an electrical problem not his problem. After paying an electrician a lot of money to find out it was a septic issue I called B & B Septic. Bob fit me in right away - sensing the panic in my voice. He was incredibly knowledgeable - even with a system he didn't install - and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away and gave me a good rate - feeling bad that I had spent money on an electrician. I wish I had B & B Septic do my original install and this company will be the only company I call in the event of septic work. I can't say enough good things about Bob and his family that run B & B Septic - I highly recommend them!

We recently had a septic issue that was setting up to be a disaster. We had difficulty in locating our D-Box as our system did not match city plans. We contacted Bob who showed up in 30 minutes. After assessing the situation and taking measurements, he told us where to dig. We located the access port to within 2 inches of where Bob said it would be! Bob showed up the same day, put in the camera and located the D-box right away! After the flush of the system, all problems were solved! Thank you Bob for the excellent service!!!
