Brentwood Shoe Repair

March 2017Do not even think of getting anything done or even buy anything here unless you know exactly what you are going to pay. Went in for two batteries for my watches (I usually pay $5.00 which I know is cheap but my husband recently paid $9.00 for one at The Bay. Well I didn't ask howmuch...big mistake. They were $15.00 plus tax EACH. I wasgobsmacked and made my displeasure know to him. His responsewas that these were good batteries, mumbling something about $5.99 and questioning that they could be $9.00 at The Bay.I will never go back. Pathetic! Also please refer to review under Yelp.There is a similar review there, but it indicates that this store is closed.No...that review is for this store. It has been in operation for 3 years. There is also another horrible review on 411. He actually destroyedshoes. There are now 3 - one star reviews on this place scattered aboutand one 5 star on his web page.

This place is not a good place to take your shoes to....the story is too long and boring but know this if you decide to go......the lady who fixes the shoes will lie, and keep you there arguing for hours and say whatever she needs to making every excuse how it is not her fault......in the end got 20$ back but didn't get the wasted time back trying to apply reason to the situation. oh well. STAY AWAY. buy tips on Amazon, comes with a tool and all for around 20$

Incredible service! Was in town for a wedding when I realized my suit had a rip. Their wonderful staff had me all sewn up in minutes and I made it to the wedding in time. Friendly, clean, speedy and well priced.

A simple zipper was broken on my boot. This incompetent guy charges me 70 bucks and doesn't even tie off the string so 3 days later I look down and my boot is completely exposed to the cold harsh winter. This guy doesn't deserve anything he has.

Horrible and rude customer service. Definitely do not go here for passport photos . Woman at the counter did not seem interested in business. Walked out after being ignored for close to 10Minutes. Do not waste your time.UPS at prince edward had us in and out in 6 minutes.
