I have ordered today Hot white chocolate and received white chocolate mocha with coffee. I am allergic to coffee and I was very disappointed when I needed to change it. When changing nobody even did apologise for the mistake, as for me it is very serious and might end up even dangerous for someone’s health. I was very frustrated

I understand that working in a drink place like this is very exhausting however , as I a regular costumer but I got treated like I begged for their drinks , really curious if the baristas actually think that they own the place? it cause such a confusion to me , because they seems to just act like having such an authority with their barista positions. Don’t want to be disrespectful but since they didn’t give me one , I will not tolerate it either

The nicest Starbucks in Winnipeg. Evelyn made us the best raspberry frap for my kids. So kind. Asked for special request and it was easy and no problems. The best experience. During COViD some places feel unwelcoming but this place is lovely.

This is ‘my Starbucks’. Close to my home so always a great day when I add a Starbucks to it! The staff are working hard to maintain a safe area for all. The configuration of the store is a bit tricky to allow for good flow of people. Maybe a sign when you enter that says where to go order??

The company continues to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All stores use the “Clean, Safe and Ready” system to ensure the well-being of partners and customers, cleaning high touch surface areas as frequently.Additional precautions: Starbucks is also taking precautio­­ns for every partner that works in its stores to protect them and their customers. Prior to beginning every shift, all partners complete a pre-check, including safety precautions such as taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. Partners are also required to wear facial coverings during their shifts and continue to frequently wash their hands. They also have the option to wear gloves.Safety Protocols: We respectfully require customers follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our stores. It is our responsibility to protect our partners and comply with local public health mandates. As such, our partners have the right and responsibility to refuse service to customers who are not wearing facial coverings. As we continue to ensure the health and well-being of our partners and customers, we have temporarily closed our restrooms to the public in stores where the café or café seating is unavailable, with exceptions made for uniformed emergency responders and those covered by Ally’s law.

They mark up their merchandise higher than MSRP and surrounding stores. When you scratch the sticker price to hand write your own you’re not hiding anything. I wanted a mug and could see the original price of 14.95 had been written over for 18.95. Went to two other locations and it was still 14.95. What else is this franchisee doing to skim some more off the top of his customers?
