This was my first martial arts experience and at first, I really didn't know what to expect. Now it's been 3 months and I feel so much more healthier and more importantly, way more confident in myself. Even if you are starting at a 0% experience level like I did, coach Stan will help you achieve your fighting or fitness goals, even if it's just 1% at a time. Anyone trying to better themselves physically, mentally, or just to try on a new challenge, I'd recommend giving Windsor Thai Boxing a try!

Coach Stan is awesome and very knowledgeable. Classes are fun and diverse, great for people of any experience level. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, self defense, or fun, you will achieve them in no time with these classes!

Coach has a wealth of knowledge and focuses on details of techniques in training. Workouts and classes are hard but the progression that results from such is rewarding. Your cardio and conditioning will improve here

I’ve been training with Stan and WTB for five months now. Stan is a great teacher, creates a fun and challenging environment, and ensures everyone is pushing themselves to be the best they can. I can’t recommend this gym enough.

I recently started training at Windsor Thai Boxing with Coach Stan and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Stan is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable coach who is able to break down techniques and techniques in a way that is easy for even a beginner like me to understand. He's encouraging and always pushes me to do my best. The club itself is a welcoming community, and I feel like I've gained not only valuable martial arts skills but also a group of friends. If you're considering trying out Muay Thai, I highly recommend giving Coach Stan and Windsor Thai Boxing a chance - you won't be disappointed!

Great place to learn a new skill. Whether looking to get back in shape or train to be a fighter this gym can accommodate you with the variety of classes it offers. Stan is a great teacher. If you have any curiosity at all about training Muay Thai come try it out, you'll get hooked.
