Nordrux

I have been a client of Nordrux for 4 yrs but lately i have tried to call their front desk ( phone number on their website ) several times at different office hours and no one ever answer !!

Only thing need improve is the address unit number.

Their knowledge of the laws relating to Drug and Alcohol polices and procedures and the testing of staff was paramount of the quick implementation. The testing is done on- or off- sight in a friendly and completely professional manner. Explanation of the process is provided to participants and the feedback regarding the process has always been positive (no pun intended). They exhibit an understanding of the limits imposed by the work place and work well to fit in, get their work done and leave with a minimum of fuss. The test is quick and results are easy to interpret, very thorough - accurate and timely reporting. The support staff is always available by phone and respond prompty to any information they may need.
