This is where I went to file my taxes last year, and i will definitely use these guys again this year! This is the place to go to get your taxes filed hands down! They're quick, know what they're doing, and do it all for you! And, they don't cost an arm and a leg! The best part, is that for the first time in my life, I got money back! Usually, in the past, I've always ended up having to pay!

Been using this place for a few years now with no issues. However would like to provide a point of constructive criticism as it has become apparent this is a regular habit for this individual. Its VERY off putting! Please remember courtesy and respect when speaking to your customers!!!! There is a male that always answers the phone and when you have questions, he is super fast/cuts you off mid sentence. He just wants to get you off the phone. When you say ok thank you, bye he just slams the phone down- no bye or anything. Very rude. Remember your manners- we are all paying customers and if we don't feel respected we can always give our money to someone else who will do the basic customer service things I stated above!

Filed for last 2 years. I have been in Canada for over 30 years. This place was the best tax preparation experience I had since I have been in Canada.Very knowledgeable, Professional , helpful and courtesy service. Thank you very much folks
